Soft release for the site

We've worked hard to create a video games website and today the fruits of that labour are born. We proudly present www.faceoffgames.com, our contribution to the video games community. Here's to creating some buzz and make our name in the market. I think we've done some great work in producing a video games e-zine, with features including user profiles and blogs, social networking system (friends, messaging, walls) and a video games journalistic publication of quality.

Still to come are features that will set us apart in the market, providing an unrivaled breadth of services, as well as constantly improving and extending the existing features of the site.

Most certainly the most interesting and exciting of these services  is video game wagering. We offer the ability to console video game players to create matches between themselves, placing a wager on the outcome which is automatically determined from the games reports, which is nice.

So what happens next? At this point we have not begun our marketing efforts, but we are testing with a small number of live users on the system. All aspects of the system are functioning well, and we have manged to introduce tournament structures also.

It is an exciting time and we all hope that money and high traffic will follow. And some good gaming too :)
